Sohail received his Engineering degree with a specialization in Mechanical engineering from the prestigious Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal University. He also obtained a Student Entrepreneurship Certification from The Indus Entrepreneurs Organization (TIE).

After working in the Business Development area for a well known renewable energy company, Sohail has co-founded two startup ventures, Haywire Gaming LLP (a Mobile Gaming Esports Company) & Scope Medics (offers Medication Review & Patient care services in the Healthcare Industry).

A keen Learner, Sohail worked / interned in many top companies, including BHEL, CYIENT, Laxmi Electronics, Deccan Industries in various areas of business. Sohail has a passion for Data Analytics & Modeling, Applying Data technologies for enabling better services delivery & experience , particularly in fintech.

An avid Basketball player, he had been the captain of his School and College teams and has won several tournaments for his Alma Mater(s).

Sofia Escorcia helps businesses improve customer retention, devise engagement plans, and drive escalation of customer issues. Born and raised in Mexico City she developed a passion for technology and has had a successful 10-year career in digital transformation all over Latin America.

As a Business Head at XodalPAY, she directs the sales department, as well as their training, also oversees onboarding of our new customers for them to reach their goals with our platforms. For Sofia, helping others is the most rewarding part of the role.

In her free time, you can find her fishing, playing video games, and in any live concert in town.

Suneel Parvathaneni possess over two decades of software development experience most of which got acquired while working with product building companies assessed at CMM Level5 quality certification. His love towards nurturing Productization skills across the board helps him building & managing a highly proficient product engineering team.

His passion for building new products as well as augmenting the legacies keeps him busy in architecting and designing the feature set of the product line thus keep them competent to serve ever evolving market needs.

Jon Slates. Jon Slates plays a vital role in our Core Leadership Team. He is on the Board of Directors for XIUS, Administrative Head for the Americas and SBU Head for XIUS’ Payment Manager Services globally.

Jon has been with XIUS for over 18 years holding key positions in Network Operations, Monitoring, Client Relations, Global Operations and Facilities Management of offices and datacenters in the US and Mexico. He plays a key support role geared towards customer satisfaction and is/has been responsible for maintaining uptime of large mobile carriers such as Telefonica, Maxcom, Verizon and Sprint besides many regional carriers in the US.

Jon has had versatile experience in manufacturing and R&D before joining XIUS. He spent 13 years owning and managing a transportation business that supported multiple customers, vendors and employees.
